KL to cap fuel sale to foreign cars
"Foreign-registered vehicles will soon be allowed to fill only 20 litres of fuel at stations within 50km of the Malaysian border."

Kaoz... I can immediately see the loop hole in it manz... that's only 20 litres per station, not 20 litres total. what are they thinking???
