Inspirations from "On the Money" TV program.

"Trust and believing can inspire others."
I'm a true believer in this one, having personally experience it myself. Everyone has his or her own purpose in life, as well as his or her own use in the society. Trust and belief can really do wonders in terms of motivation and mental well being of the recipient. However, this has to be coupled with good judgment. Trusting and believing in the wrong person can be disastrous. If the person is not reliable, why bring him/her in the first place? This applies to many aspects of life.

"True innovator are not impacted by the economic conditions."
To some extent, this seems logical. I wouldn't say that innovators aren't affected by economic conditions at all. It's probably the flexibility and the opportunistic attitude of innovators which allow them to stay afloat an economic turmoil. So that makes innovators economically FAT, in order to stay afloat! yeah, not funny.

"Happiness. What is happiness at work?"
This is the question that really started me thinking. What is happiness? What is happiness in life? What is happiness at work? Everyone's perception of happiness is different. Everyone will pursue his/her own happiness, whether in life or at work, and it's never wrong to do so.

Granted, the next question is, as an employer, how do you ensure the happiness of your workers? Some loves compensation. Some prefers the job satisfaction. Others are blur. Employee happiness is vital to the survival of the company. Not only does it keep turnover rates down and retain employees familiar with the company's operations, it also motivates employees to work harder, and more efficiently. So, how would you make your followers happy?
