Govt spells out fees to be frozen.
Tok kok lei... These fees are said to be frozen for one year. So that means after one year, they're sure to go up right? Or it paves the way conveniently for the fees to rise since it has been stopped for a whole year... Or maybe after the freeze, they make up for the loss by incorporating it into the fee raise over the next 5 years? Since the loss is distributed over 5 years, it's probably not going to be significant... Or they may just make up for the loss through other areas that are not frozen. Well, no one knows what kinda medicine they are selling in their gourd. Things aren't really as transparent as one would like it to be...
