Whoa! Just came back from Chicago, City Lights!!! More specifically, went for the Singapore Film Festival there... and met up with Royston Tan, film producer of 15, the award-winning title, in erm... Singapore Film Festival or sth??? Watched quite a no. of his short films, but most imptly, his famous, or rather infamous, 15!!! Uncensored version some more... wahahah~ it's infamous becuz the board of censorship and police super criticize that show... so much so that now he's blacklisted by everyone, including all the schools that he teaches drama production in... But then the funny thing is that he became 'famous' and everyone now knows him... and he gets discounts everywhere...

ok, about 15. For those who dunno, it's a real gangster film... Real as in the stories of the characters are real and played by those actors themselves... it's abt the lives of gangsters, depicting their everyday lifestyle... Really interesting film, but too bad, cannot watch in Sg... hiaz... too vulgar, erm, and a bit x-rated... Every word is like vulgarities, and one even made a record in scolding vulgarities in 4 diff lang in 5 sec!!! haha~ interesting... but super provocative, controversial and inspiring... but then again, it's one of those no plots shows... All Royston's shows were like super MTV like, cuz he's super inspired and intrigue by MTvs... haha~ so in the end all his films are like that... wahahha~ cool!!! Real Typical gangster show, with all the local vernaculars. even more severe than Jack Neo's. Really like us tokking like that without a single touch of restraints...

Woohoo! and of cuz met up with ducky, junwei and gary there!!! wahaha~ wad a coincidence... erm... dinnoe junwei's in UIUC... oops...

ok, super tired now... super busy too!!! for the next 2 wks!!! den RELEASE!!! yeah!!! Gotta hang on... ... ...
