haha~ finally i've grasp the technique of not flaring up liao... haha~ to get used to always speaking in a nice tone and adding smiles to your words... haha~ instead saying," you'd better do this n this the next time, you *tootz*!!!... or else...", choose to say," could you please do this and this the next time, otherwise that and that will happen again..." yepz... also try to voice out whatever you think may lead to a temper flare, so that something can be done prior to that to avoid that... if not no one can help with anything cuz no one knows anything abt that rumbling lava beneath... hmmm...
